Professional Experience

Caitlyn is a native of Halls, Tennessee. A lifelong Rebels fan, she earned her B.A. in English from the University of Mississippi. After that, Caitlyn taught high school English for nine years, during which she earned her Master of Science in Secondary Education Curriculum and Instruction. Caitlyn then attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law. She served as a staff member for Volume 51 of the University of Memphis Law Review as well as a staff member and assistant note editor for Volume 52 of the University of Memphis Law Review. She earned a CALI award (highest overall grade) in her legal writing class for her trial brief. Additionally, Caitlyn was selected to work in the Elder Law Clinic where she helped low-income elderly clients by preparing estate documents.

Caitlyn joined Arnold, Willis, & Conway in November of 2025. Her practice areas include Estates and Wills, Business Transactions, Real Estate Transactions, and Family Law. She is an adjunct professor at Union University, teaching Business Law to undergraduate students. She is also the municipal judge for the city of Halls.

During her free time, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her eleven-year-old son and their 80lb German Shepherd, playing guitar, fishing, reading a good book, and attending Ole Miss football games.
