Professional Experience
Charles V. (Chuck) Moore is a native of Dyersburg, Tennessee, and joined the firm in 1984, focusing on business, corporate and estate practice. His practice includes wills, trusts, business formation, litigation management, and policies and procedures to prevent litigation and claims. In today’s environment, planning is key to saving legal and governmental claim expenses and taxes.
His clients include both individuals and local and regional corporations, and his experience as General Sessions, Juvenile and Probate Judge of Dyer County, Tennessee, for over thirteen years has proven invaluable to them. Additionally, Mr. Moore is an Alumnus of Delta Theta Pi and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Memphis State University (1988-1989), a General Sessions, Juvenile and Probate Judge in Dyer County, Tennessee (1994-2006), and as President of the Tennessee General Sessions Judges Conference (2004-2005).
