James E. Naifeh III is a native of Dyersburg, Tennessee where he has strong family ties.
James graduated from the University of South Dakota Knutson School of Law in May of 2022 where he participated in an externship working for the Sioux Falls Public Defender's Office defending clients who were charged with felony crimes.
James joined Arnold, Willis & Conway in 2025, where his practice focuses on criminal defense, personal injury, landlord/tenant actions, general litigation, and family law.
During his free time James likes to hunt and spend time with family and friends.
