Professional Experience
Marianna "Molly" Williams was born in Marysville, Ohio, admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1980, and joined Ashley & Arnold in 1990. Molly focuses her practice on Estates, Creditor's Bankruptcy, and Commercial litigation.
Molly has served as a Chapter 7 and 12 Trustee for the Western District of Tennessee since 2000. She also serves as a Chapter 11 Trustee, Plan Administrator and Court appointed receiver for farming operations and businesses. Molly is a founding member of the Tennessee Supreme Court Historic Society, a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation, a former Chairman of the Tennessee Commission of Continuing Legal Education and Specialization, and has served on the Board of Professional Responsibility Hearing Committee. She currently serves as the City Judge for the Town of Halls and Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Ripley.
